COVID-19 Time-off MOU
Two paid time-off banks (days, not hours) that apply only to House Officers.
Due to the uniqueness of the bargaining unit, we were able to negotiate specific language that protects the availability of paid time-off based on the total numbers of days, not hours, that you may need. There is no end date included in this MOU as needs are ongoing with each new variant.
The HOA has been unable to get a response from Labor Relations on whether this bank can also be used for child care needs when daycare or schools are closed. Please keep the HOA looped in if you should find yourself in need of paid time off to care for your child.
