I am a medical student at the University of Michigan Medical School and am part of a project that is examining how medical schools can best prepare medical students to care for vulnerable patient populations as residents and beyond. Our specific goal is to propose national guidelines for diversity, equity, and inclusion education (DEI) in medical school.

We are looking for [M4 Students applying to residency this fall/residents] to participate in 1 hour long focus groups on Zoom where we discuss your relevant experiences and education -- it will be very casual, and no prior knowledge is required! Participants will be sent a $25 gift card after the session. Everything shared in the focus groups will remain confidential. This study was given exempt status by the University of Michigan IRB (HUM00194596).

If you are interested in participating, please fill out this Qualtrics Form (https://umich.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2hrPjoccuQqCAxo).
