The long battle over getting you paid in a timely manner, after you work a holiday, is now over.  No longer can Michigan Medicine withhold your holiday wages until such time as it is convenient for them to process the additional pay.

While it's true you have 60 days to notify the employer that you worked a holiday, you must be paid in the next payroll.  

Going forward, make sure to contact the HOA if you submitted for holiday pay and have waited more than your next available pay period to have it directly deposited.
