ARTICLE XII. RATIFICATION OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

All collective bargaining agreements negotiated between the Association and the Regents of the University of Michigan must be ratified by a majority of members voting by secret ballot. The Secretary will ensure that all members receive notice of the terms of the proposed collective bargaining agreement and a reasonable opportunity to cast a secret ballot vote for or against the proposed collective bargaining agreement.
