The Employer shall provide and distribute a summary of contract changes document within one (1) month of ratification of this Agreement. This summary of contract changes document will be distributed to: Department Chairs, Program Directors, Department Administrators, and House Officers.

Any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of any contract changes, shall be subject to review and resolution through the complaint, grievance and arbitration procedure - Article XX of this Agreement.
