It has come to the HOA's attention that there have been issues with the administration of the meal provision in your contract. The programs and the services you are assigned to must coordinate the allowances and communicate with each other about the process for loading the Mcard either before or after your rotation. 

If you are receiving a pre-loaded amount, it must be for reliably accurate shifts. We want to know if you are working more than 12 hours and not receiving the allowance because your program says the shifts you are assigned to are reliably less than 12 hours. If hours reported in MedHub are actually higher for a particular shift, on a regular basis, we can advocate for an increase.
