Where can I get something notarized?

The House Officers Association offers notarization services to members of the Association. This article explains the details on how to get something notarized.

Robin and Steve are both notaries. They provide notary services complimentary for members of the HOA.

Please refrain from signing any of your documents prior to your appointment. There is a color printer in the HOA Office if a color copy is required.

Appointments are highly recommended; you may be turned away if you do not have one. We recommend calling the HOA Office before stopping in without an appointment. Same-day appointments are often available.

Schedule an Appointment

Appointments are for dues-paying members of the UM House Officers Association. Appointments made by non-members will not be honored.

Robin and Steve split coverage of the HOA office. If you are not seeing an appointment for one, try the other.

The number of hours that Robin and Steve are available in the HOA Office will vary during the pandemic response. We do not offer Electronic Notarization, as it requires special software, approved by the state, that is cost-prohibitive.
