Our union siblings in UMMAP are securing their first contract and have agreed to go to arbitration with the hospital in the event there is no agreement by Friday, November 22.

In order to get their contract across the finish line, UMMAP is asking for allies to do the following:

1. Send a Community Letter to Pres. Ono, Dr. Runge, Dr. Miller, and the Board of Regents.
2. Attend their "Get it Done" Informational Picket this Thursday from 6:00am- 9:00am in front of Taubman.

We support our union siblings in their fight for a contract and are hopeful they will reach a fair agreement with the hospital. They would stand with us so we will stand with them.
