As the new academic year begins to rev up, the House Officers Association is seeking residents interested in getting involved in various hospital committees. The HOA appoints residents to a variety of boards that oversee different aspects of hospital operations.

From patient safety, to ethics, to our affiliation with the VA, there is room for a wide range of talents and interests.

Have you been an HOA member for a while and wanted to get more involved? Are you new here and looking to dip your toe in a bit? We urge you to sign up and volunteer to help your fellow residents.

Please provide the name of the committee you are most interested in and a few sentences explaining your interest. Some committees are quite popular — if you have a second choice, please include it with your message. The HOA Executive Board will review them as they come in.
