In fall of 2025, the University of Michigan (hereafter “Employer) will be opening the D. Dan and Betty Kahn Healthcare Pavilion (hereafter “Pavilion”). The University of Michigan House Officers Association (hereafter “Union”) and the Employer do agree and affirm the following Memorandum regarding Article XVI and MOU X of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
