Group Long Term Disability Insurance – Coverage During Your Training provided by University of Michigan

• 66 2/3% of monthly income to $4,000
• 180-day elimination period
• To age 65 benefit period

Voluntary Disability Insurance – Individual coverage throughout your career

• Portable
• Guaranteed Standard Issue – no evidence of medical insurability
• Medical specialty definition of disability
