VA Remote Access
Don't let your access lapse.
Having to re-acquire your VA remote access after it lapses every 90 days is super annoying and can be time consuming. Follow these directions before your credentials expire so that you don't physically have to come to the VA to maintain your access.
Alternatively, email Jill Thompson at jill.thompson@va.gov a couple of weeks before you start your next VA rotation to make sure you have access and are ready to go.
If you choose to ignore the above options, you'll have to call the VA Help Desk (855) 673-4357 the morning of the day you start and ask them for help with your login. This usually results in somewhat of a delayed start to your day and a very long hold time.
