¶343

The Parties agree to the following:

1. The Parties mutually recognize that access to proper Call Room space that is clean, comfortable, and in good proximity to care is a necessity for the Union and the Employer.
2. The opening of the Pavilion will create a need to change call room locations in order to meet that need effectively.

3. As such, the Employer agrees to the following:

   1. The Parties agree to amend the Current House Officer Call Room List official document referenced in P 146 as specified in the attached spreadsheet.
   2. At no point will the number of available House Officer call room spaces be less than Seventy-Eight (78). The Parties will update P 143 accordingly.
   3. The Parties agree that under P 147 of the CBA the Union shall have the right to designate one (1) call room in the Pavilion for female use exclusively. The Parties will update P 147 accordingly.
   4. Should any aspect of this Agreement be found illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
   5. The Parties agree that both had full opportunity to make and agree to any proposed changes to this document. Renegotiation of all or part of this Memorandum must be by mutual agreement.
